NISHIDA Kazuki, MD, PhD — Biostatistician
MD, PhD

As a physician and biostatistician, I transform questions arising from clinical practice into testable studies through research design, biostatistics, epidemiology, and AI, with the aim of returning reliable evidence to clinical decision-making.
My research spans drug safety, emergency and critical care, and cerebrovascular and neurological medicine. Across these fields, I focus on identifying heterogeneity in treatment effects and risks, generating robust evidence from limited clinical data, and enabling privacy-preserving use of health data across institutions and national borders.
My research portfolio is shaped by both investigator-led programs and long-term collaborations with clinical specialists.
